PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. This Agreement (the “Agreement”) binds you or the organization you represent (“You”, “Your”, “User”, “Applicant”) to the terms and conditions set forth herein in connection with your use of properties owned and operated by NSPOT Consultancy Services Private Limited (“NSPOT”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) which include www.nspotadmissions.com, (“Website”) and our mobile app (the "App") (collectively, “Properties”). It is important that you must read carefully and understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By using the Properties, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our Properties. Please also read the Privacy Policy.

Modification of the Terms of Use
Changes to these terms, conditions, and notices will be posted on this page. We reserve the right to modify these terms, conditions, and notices as required at any time, so please review them periodically to learn of updates.
Any changes we make will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may provide by means including, without limitation, posting on the Properties or electronic mail. Your continued use of the Properties following such changes will be deemed acceptance of such changes. Be sure to return to this page periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version of this Agreement.
Services Offered by NSPOT
Registration and Online Admission
NSPOT is engaged in the business of facilitating online admissions with various educational institutions. You can access prospectus, brochures, or any other documents of various educational institutions, universities, colleges, etc. that are registered with NSPOT. After registration, you can apply for admissions online.
When and if you register, you agree to
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form (including your email address and mobile number) and
- Maintain and update your information (including your email address and mobile number) to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You acknowledge that, if any information provided by you (or on your behalf under your direction or knowledge) is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or contains a misrepresentation, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Properties.
As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a username and password. We may refuse to grant you a username that impersonates someone else, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights law, is vulgar or otherwise offensive, or may cause confusion, as determined by us in our sole discretion. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password and agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to the Properties to any third party. If you have reason to believe that your account with us is no longer secure, you must promptly change your password and immediately notify us of the problem. YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING PAYMENTS, AS APPLICABLE) THAT ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT.
For facilitating online admissions, we have tied up with various educational institutions, universities, and colleges. The online admissions procedure is governed by the requirements communicated to us by the respective institution. We also encourage you to post any queries to institutions for clarifications.
Communication Services
NSPOT may provide various communication services like bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, institute web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate, and clarify your queries, get more information about educational institutions.
However, the facility of communication service is subject to the following:
- By virtue of this agreement you agree that you will use the communication services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular communication service.
- By this agreement, you agree that you will not use the communication service to defame abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
- You further agree that you will not use communication services to publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic, name, material, or information.
- You further agree that you will not use communication services available on the Properties to upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
- You agree that you will not upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of any other computer.
- You covenant through this agreement that you will not advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose unless such communication service specifically allows such messages.
- You agree that you will not conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or chain letters.
- You agree that you will not download any file posted by another user of a communication service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
- You covenant with the company that you will not falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
- By virtue of agreement you agree that you will not restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the communication services.
- You agree that you will not violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable to any particular communication service.
- You agree that you will not harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.
- You agree that you will not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Materials uploaded to a communication service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction, and/or dissemination. By virtue of this agreement covenant with the company, you will adhere to all limitations as applicable at the time of downloading of materials.
- By this agreement, you give the right to the company to monitor communication services.
- By this agreement, you also give the right to the company to review materials posted to a communication service and to remove any materials at its sole discretion.
- You also agree that NSPOT has the right to terminate your access to any or all of the communication services present in the Properties at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
- You also agree that NSPOT may monitor the communication services.
- NSPOT does not control or endorse the content, messages, or information found in any communication service and, therefore, NSPOT specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the communication services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Any individual user and college admission staff are not authorized NSPOT spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of NSPOT.
Submissions and Postings
By sending or transmitting to us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, concepts, information, or other materials (collectively, "Submissions"), or by posting such Submissions to any area of the Properties, you grant us and our designees a worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers), assignable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute (through multiple tiers), create derivative works of, publicly perform, publicly display, digitally perform, make, have made, sell, offer for sale and import such Submissions in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions. None of the Submissions will be subject to any obligation, whether of confidentiality, attribution or otherwise, on our part and we will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submissions. Individual education institutes, alumina, and institute admission committee members would have access right to post.
However, all the postings published on the Properties or any of its subdomain sites are views expressed by the institute or its affiliate individuals. NSPOT does not endorse views expressed by the individual or institute in the post.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. NSPOT is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time at NSPOT’s sole discretion.
By posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.
Notifications and alerts
NSPOT may provide notifications, alerts, and information to you through registered mobile and/or registered email ID.
However, in the event of a change in your mobile number or email ID, you agree that you will update your profile information including your mobile number and email id on the Properties.
By this agreement, you agree that the Company will not be responsible if information forwarded is not received in time due to network failure.
Advertising
NSPOT may provide an advertising facility to the third parties; the outsiders can submit their advertisements related to their products or services on our Properties. The advertising facility provided by NSPOT is subject to an agreement that, NSPOT would not be responsible for any liability, misinformation, or errors associated with such advertising information. You further agree that the Company would not accept any claims of business loss, or damages to any group, organization, or individual due to dealing with entities whose advertisement is published on our Properties.
Online Application and Process Flow
The steps for online application are as follows:
- Register free of cost at www.nspotadmissions.com.
- The applicant can browse the various listed courses of member institutes, colleges, and universities and select the course for which you want to apply.
- The applicant can fill out the course application form online as per instructions specified in the online application form. The forms may be divided into multiple tabs, which can be filled and saved as a draft before finalizing and proceeding to make payment and submitting.
- The course application form will require to upload of various documents, certificates, identification proofs, mark sheets, photos, etc. as may be required for each course and institute, college, or university.
- After the form has been filled completely, required documents are uploaded and validation is successfully done by the system, the applicant may proceed to make the payment.
- The initial fee payment to be made along with each application will vary depending upon the institute, college, or university, and the selected course. The fee payment to be made with the application is fixed by the institute, college, or university who has listed the course.
- Confirmation of payment is necessary to complete the online course application process. Unless the payment is successfully completed, the application shall be considered incomplete and shall not be treated as submitted.
- After all the required fields of the online form are filled, relevant documents are uploaded, and payment is completed successfully, the applicant can submit it to the institute by clicking on the submit button. Once the form is submitted, no modification or edit can be made from our website or mobile app. Any modifications or changes after submission may be taken up with the institute, college, or university and shall be done only at their discretion.
- Once the application form is successfully submitted, the applicant will receive acknowledgment of form acceptance from NSPOT.
Rejection of application
The application may be rejected in any of the following circumstances:
- Application rejected by the institute due to incomplete application.
- Application rejected due to any specific criteria or conditions not being fulfilled as per the requirements of the institute and/or the applied course.
- Your payment was not processed in time.
- You failed to submit your application before the deadline of the course
By virtue of this agreement, you agree that NSPOT would not be responsible for any rejection of your application. NSPOT only acts as a facilitator between students and the institute. It is solely your responsibility to submit the complete admission application as per the instructions mentioned by the educational institute before the deadline of the application date, and also make the fee payments successfully before the payment link expires.
Web security safeguards as per the industry practices have been implemented in our Properties. In case of any major issue which affects your application submission to any institute, you will be informed about the non-availability of our service till we resolve such an issue.
Payment Terms, Cancellation policy, and Refund Policy
Payments if any for the services offered by us to applicants/students and institutes, colleges, or universities shall be on a 100% advance basis. The institute, college, or university whose course is applied for by an applicant, shall issue a receipt for the entire amount of advance payment made by the applicant, as soon as such payment is made. The payment for service once subscribed to by an institute, college, or university is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated. Refund, with respect to institutes, colleges, or universities, if any, will be at the sole discretion of NSPOT. User hereby irrevocably accepts to receive the invoices as a soft copy through emails.
NSPOT offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the organization’s card/bank accounts.
Cancellation and refund of amounts paid along with applications by applicants/students shall be governed by the refund and cancellation policy of the respective institute, college, or university. An application once made by an applicant/student through NSPOT may be canceled only by contacting the respective organization directly and as per their applicable cancellation and refund policy. The refund and cancellation policy of an institute, college, or university for every course shall be displayed on the information page of such course and the applicant/student shall go through the same and proceed with the application only if he/she agrees and accepts to such terms. Once an application is made by a student/applicant, he/she acknowledges that such payments shall be wholly subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the respective institute, college, or university and that all further dealings and communications with regard to the same shall be taken by the student/applicant directly with the respective organization and that NSPOT shall be in no way liable or is not a party to cancellations/refunds.
In the event of any suspension or termination of services on account of non-compliance with these Terms of Use, any payment made to us by you shall stand forfeited with immediate effect. The user acknowledges and agrees that NSPOT, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to other rights and remedies that it may have under the applicable laws, shall be entitled to set off the excess amounts paid by an institute, college, university, or applicant against any amount(s) payable by the said user to NSPOT under any other agreement or commercial relationship towards other products/services. NSPOT gives no guarantees of server uptime or Properties working properly. All is on a best effort basis and liability is limited to refund of the amount only.
The institute, college, university, or any other user shall be required to promptly provide a copy of the TDS certificate to NSPOT as mandated under the law for any tax deducted at source from the payments made to us. Any loss on account of non-availment or disallowance of such TDS credit in view of any lapse as per this clause or as required under applicable law on the part of the user or customer shall entitle NSPOT to seek reimbursement or indemnification. Any tax collected at source (TCS) by NSPOT under any applicable law shall be deposited with the Government by NSPOT and necessary certificates shall be issued to the User in accordance with such law.
Users making payments on the Properties are redirected to third-party gateways for completing payment transactions. These transactions happen on a third-party network and are hence not controlled by NSPOT.
A user shall be solely responsible for carrying out any online or off-line transaction involving credit cards/debit cards / UPI / internet banking or such other forms of instruments or documents for making such transactions and NSPOT assumes no responsibility or liability for their improper use of information relating to such usage of credit cards/debit cards/internet banking / UPI credentials etc. used by the user online / off-line.
Admission Fee
The admission fee if and when applicable for each course is payable by the applicant in full to complete the application process. Once the admission fee as prescribed by the institution for a course is paid, the amount will be refunded back to the applicant if and only if the institution rejects to issue/sanction the admission letter. Amount refunded will be after the deduction of bank charges. Once the admission form is approved by the institute, NSPOT shall in no way be liable to refund the amount paid under any circumstances.
Course Fee Payment
By making a payment of course fee in full or in part through our Properties, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and refund policies and to any terms and conditions of that institute, college, or university that may apply. The relevant terms and conditions of a course (cancellation, refund, course commencement, etc.) can be obtained from the relevant institution. The general cancellation and refund policy of each institution may be made available on our Properties and/or during the application process or in the confirmation email. Please note that certain fees and charges are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or change. Please check the course details and terms of your course of choice thoroughly for any such conditions before making the payments and submitting the applications. Generally, the cancellation, refund, and change policies are associated with the date of commencement of the course and date of cancellation of admission but this will be specific to each course and institution, so please review the relevant terms and conditions of the desired course thoroughly before submitting the applications. Once the payment has been paid and the application is accepted by the institution, NSPOT is in no way liable/positioned to refund or cancel the application, this may be done as per the policies of the institution and/or at their discretion.
Code of Conduct
While using the Properties, you agree not to:
- Restrict or inhibit any other visitor, user, or member from using the Properties, including, without limitation, by means of "hacking" or defacing any portion of the Properties;
- Use the Properties for any unlawful purpose;
- Use the Properties to engage in any act of fraud, misrepresentation, or other unethical behavior.
- Create more than one student admission account or more than one student transfer account while registering on the Properties;
- Express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by us, without our prior written consent;
- Transmit (a) any content or information that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or infringes our or any third party’s intellectual property or other rights; (b) any material, non-public information about companies without the authorization to do so; (c) any trade secret of any third party; or (d) any advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities or other unsolicited commercial communication (except as otherwise expressly permitted by us);
- Engage in spamming or flooding;
- Transmit any software or other materials that contain any viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects, date bombs, time bombs, or other items of a destructive nature;
- Modify, adapt, sub-license, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the site;
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Properties;
- "Frame" or "mirror" any part of the site without our prior written authorization;
- Link to any page or content on the site other than the URL located at https://www.nspotadmissions.com ;
- Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine" or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the site or its contents; or
- Harvest or collect information about site visitors or members without their express consent.
While using the Properties, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Links to other sites
This website may have links to other websites. We do not undertake any control over the content of these websites; nor are we responsible for their website content. The sole purpose of the links included is to provide users with information. Hence, NSPOT will not be held responsible.
- You may not mirror or frame the homepage or any other pages of this site on any other website or webpage.
- Do not link to NSPOT pages and subpages with spam links/anchor text, which could provide a false impression. This may create misunderstandings for the users.
- Do not use or include copyrighted or registered trademarks, or intellectual property images, designs or content as a link to the NSPOT website.
- Do not link to pages which support racism, terrorism.
- Do not link to pages that provide pornographic content and violate human and animal rights.
- Do not link pages to the content that infringes the intellectual property of any third party, person, or entity.
- Do not link pages to the content that violates any legal, regulatory, governmental, or network operator conditions or codes of practice.
Claims of copyright infringement
For any claims of copyright infringement under Indian copyright law or any license-related inquiries or issues or any other legal issues, please send an email to support@nspotadmissions.com. The email should state the subject very clearly and should contain all the relevant details such as the name, designation, and contact details of the sender. The information sought should be very clear without ambiguity. ALL INQUIRIES NOT RELEVANT TO THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE WILL RECEIVE NO RESPONSE.
Restrictions on Use
You are expected to fully understand the requirements of the educational institution before filling up the application form. Any discrepancy caused later on shall not be entertained by the company. It shall be your sole responsibility to verify and validate such requirements before using the Properties.
The inclusion of an educational institute in NSPOT does not imply that the institute has complied with norms, rules, and regulations that are prescribed by the appropriate authorities. Similarly, the inclusion of an institute in NSPOT does not imply that the institute is recognized/ affiliated with a particular university. It is solely your responsibility to verify and validate the recognition of the university.
NSPOT does not provide any guarantee of admission for the particular course if you apply for the course from our Properties. The entire process of admissions based on merit or any other parameter shall be governed and controlled by the respective educational institute. Grant of admissions shall be at the sole discretion of the respective educational institutions. It is hereby expressly clarified that role of NSPOT is only to facilitate the admission process and not to grant admissions.
Jurisdictional issues
Those who choose to access the Properties do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
We reserve the right to limit the availability of the Properties and/or the provision of any service described thereon to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction, at any time and in our sole discretion, and to limit the quantities of any such service that we provide. We also reserve the right in our sole discretion to remove any educational institution, college, or university as a member of NSPOT Properties without further or special notice if they violate these Terms.
Termination
You agree that in case of violation of these terms and conditions and improper usage of your account, your account would be terminated by NSPOT. In addition, we reserve the right to immediately terminate this agreement, and/or your access to and use of the Properties or any portion thereof, at any time and for any reason, with or without cause.
Disclaimers
THE PROPERTIES, THE MATERIALS ON THE PROPERTIES, AND ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROPERTIES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, NSPOT AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS, SPONSORS, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ADVICE RECEIVED VIA THE NSPOT PROPERTIES SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR PERSONAL, MEDICAL, LEGAL OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS AND YOU SHOULD CONSULT AN APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONAL FOR SPECIFIC ADVICE TAILORED TO YOUR SITUATION.
A possibility exists that the Properties could include inaccuracies or errors, or information or materials that violate these Terms of Use (specifically, the Code of Conduct above). Additionally, a possibility exists that unauthorized alterations could be made by third parties to the Properties. Although we attempt to ensure the integrity of the Properties, we make no guarantees as to the Properties’ completeness or correctness. In the event that, if a situation arises in which the Properties’ completeness or correctness is in question, please contact us with, if possible, a description of the material to be checked and the location (URL) where such material can be found on the Properties, as well as information sufficient to enable us to contact you. We will try to address your concerns as soon as reasonably practicable. For copyright infringement claims, see the section on "Claims of Copyright Infringement," above.
Limitation of Liability
NEITHER NSPOT NOR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS OR SPONSORS, NOR OUR OR THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONSULTANTS, AGENTS, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES, ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY MEMBER COLLEGE, INSTITUTE, OR UNIVERSITY, APPLICANT, STUDENT COUNSELOR, HIGH SCHOOL, NOR THE USE OR MISUSE BY ANY MEMBER COLLEGE, INSTITUTE OR UNIVERSITY, APPLICANT, STUDENT COUNSELOR, HIGH SCHOOL OF ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED ONLINE AND ACCESSSED BY ANY MEMBER COLLEGE, INSTITUTE OR UNIVERSITY, APPLICANT, STUDENT COUNSELOR, HIGH SCHOOL, NOR FOR ANY DELAY, REJECTION OR OTHER OUTCOME RESULTING FROM THE APPLICATION ADMISSIONS PROCESS OF ANY MEMBER COLLEGE, INSTITUTE OR UNIVERSITY, NOR FOR ANY PARTICULAR USER OR STUDENT CANDIDATE’S APPLICATION, ADMISSION OR ACCEPTANCE STATUS WITH ANY MEMBER COLLEGE, INSTITUTE OR UNIVERSITY, NOR THE USE OF ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCT, SERVICE OR TOOL, NOR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA OR LOST PROFITS), UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE PROPERTIES AND/OR MATERIALS CONTAINED ON THE PROPERTIES OR ANY LINKED SITE OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE OR FOR ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCT, SERVICE OR TOOL USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROPERTIES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE PROPERTIES, MATERIALS, OR ANY LINKED SITE OR THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT, SERVICE, OR TOOL IS TO STOP USING THE PROPERTIES, MATERIALS, OR LINKED SITE OR THIRD-PARTY PRODUCT, SERVICE, OR TOOL, AS APPLICABLE. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO NSPOT FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO ACCESS THE PROPERTIES.
